I think there's a tutorial on this on the Chyron site.... I think it's a little archaic in the way it does it though - it's more a luminance key alpha than a straight alpha which sometimes produces a little artifacting. Plus there's a bunch of hoops that you have to jump through. I can't believe that chyron simply can't use a layer as a simple alpha key.
