Are these just full page graphics? Either way you should be able to just call up pages and not have to convert anything.

Since this is news say you have 6 full screens to make.

name them
Full1.tga
Full2.tga
Full3.tga
and so on.

The Chyron person should be able to build pages by importing the graphics into them. In the 2D object template they have to uncheck the box that says "embed on save". Then record the page.
Lets say page 1001 corresponds to graphic Full1.tga.

Now for the next newscast you build your first graphic and name it Full1.tga, right over the first one.
When the operator reads page 1001 it will see the new graphic.

Additionally, you can have them set up a folder system for all your newscasts say AM, Noon, 5, 530, 6, 10, etc. And have graphics that go into each folder. Then the operator would have to have specific page areas for each newscast.

ONE Thing you need to make sure you do is make all your graphics the same size. If the Chyron operator is resizing anything and then recording the page the resizing will apply to the next graphic you make at that filename.
