Drew,

I really need to reply to this. I am very concerned about you using the metadata controller for your Xsan as the FCSvr system. This is a real weak link situation that could take your whole Xsan down.

Please give me some more information so we can find a better solution for your issues.

I think the locking may be caused by all the activity the server is doing with Xsan and FCSvr.
