Well I'll tell you guys, the only way I was able to get it to work was using the managed cluster, unmanaged had issues of not showing up, also the ones I've setup are on clean installs of leopard (OS X 5.4) and latest FCP and quicktime. I also made the FCP Server Server the controller. It sounds like there maybe something up with Qmaster on that one machine, the only thing I can think of is to reinstall Qmaster see if that helps.
