final cut synch problem in M-PEG4 format

im having problems with quicktime conversion with a specific clip that is cut in different areas of my movie, but only when i covnert it into M-PEG4 Broadband-High format. in that version the clip is clitchy and there is roughly about a two second delay on the video with the audio, it does not however throw the video off time, everything else is perfect. the clip does not loose synch however, when its palyed on final cut or when i converted it into a quicktime movie file. i have tried everything from matchframe to re-uploading the footage from my camera. the problem still remains. its not a rendering issue. if anyone ahs any suggestions or previous experience with this kind of problem please messege me.
i have a rough copy of the video on a sendspace file is anyone wants to see the problem first hand
other details
i use final cut studio 2 pro 6
the camera is a Canon XH-A1 and was shot in 24 fps, the white balance was set on bright yellow paper (thus the footage has a blueish tint.
my computer is a macbook pro 17"
if you email me i will give you my phone number to make to help process go faster.
thank you
