Watching Video CoPilot Free Tutorials Dilemma

We both know that Video CoPilot makes some excellent tutorials and even offers some great free ones. I'm having a problem viewing one of there tutorials when I view the tutorial it stops a quarter of the way into it, I don't know how I can view this tutorial offline as all the methods I know of fail to complete the download, I've even contacted Video CoPilot but they failed to help.
