Adobe after effect unwanted lines

I've just installed Adobe after effects with Riot gear. I'm trying to rotate the camera and see how it looks like but I get these lines.
Stripes that alternate between the 2 layers about 5, 6 times.
Did I mention it also happens when I move the text.

I've posted pictures for you guys to understand more.

Here it is when I do not rotate.
