Compositor's Toolkit vs. Riot Gear

So this is about Digital Juice: Compositor's Toolkit Visual FX Library and Video Copilot: Riot Gear! My friend purchased DJ's Compositor's Toolkit & it appears to be a quality product but how does it differ from Riot Gear, other than a $450.00 difference? More specifically, the ink libraries of both products are identical if memory serves me correct & the paint libraries, if not identical, than very similar.
