right
Although Animation is still not a 32 bit codec, it gets closer for this purpose.
Anything else that I know of is 8 bit. If you can find another codec that ouputs files that are smaller, then you can render to that.
Once rendered, you can bring the movie file into After Effects or another program to convert it to a smaller sized file with a different codec, because the effect will have been written into the movie file.
