I don't think you can do that with either of those programs, but I don't use them so I can't be sure. I do use Flip4Mac, though, and it works very well for creating WMV's on the Mac side. If you need to do this on a regular basis, Flip4Mac is a must-have. If this is just a short one-off job and you want to send it to me, I'd be happy to convert it for you.
