CS4 type on a path

Anyone else out there having type on a path shift on CS4 files.

Even after we update the text, the message still comes back "The type on a path was created with a previous version of illustrator. Click to update the character positioning using the new Type path engine.

We have to outline an extra version of our files prior to going out for release so it does not shift on the printer.
