William MimsPhoto shop, CS5 for Vegas Pro question

I need to add either Photo Shop or CS5 to be able to do simple image changes to my editing work to take out unwanted B.G.s or other video fixes. I have Vegas Pro 11. I bought the Tiffen digital filters software before realizing they do not work on Vegas. I don't want to do that again. What do you recommend, be that PS, CS5 or something else I am not aware of that will work with Vegas.
