That's how RED video files work. Because of some limitations with the format of hard drives limiting themselves to single files no bigger than 4 gigs to be compatible with both Windows and Mac, RED has opted, like many camera manufacturers, to span a video over many connected clips. As to why the RED ONE splits them in 2 gigs instead of 4, I have no idea... it may have to do with other engineering issues with the camera; Epic and Scarlet footage spans 4gb files if I'm not mistaken.
Totally normal. It's also why it's highly recommended to copy the whole card structure much like AVCHD/P2 camcorders.
