First, you should do some more reading in this forum to see how many other times people have asked this question. There is probably some really great material that you haven't looked at yet.
Next, read the RED FCS White Paper on RED's support website.
Then we need to know how you're going to do the finishing work and color correction?
I personally like to transcode footage through REDRushes or Clip Finder for editing, then reconnect to the R3D files for coloring, but that workflow doesn't work for everyone.
Also, if you want more attention, you might consider starting a new thread next time instead of jumping on one that's a month old.
