RED & FCP Worflow Advice

Hi All - I have a project coming up which will be shot with the DP's Red and cut on FCP.
I've been researching advice and find tidbits, but no substantial guide on how best to prepare for the post side with FCP or recomendations on the RED > FCP workflow.
I've read that transcoding to PRORES is recomended but I'm hoping can either offer some advice on the issue or suggest a resource I haven't discovered.
The FCP system is top of the line and I'll be doing CC with a third party. Output will be tape via AVID DNX and digital for broadband.
Best,
Josh
