My advice is find a professional in your area. Pay them to for a consultation and to help you get your workflow off the ground.

Many of these professionals can help you save a lot of time and money and headaches by doing it correctly in the first place.

The cow is a great place for quick answers but a funded feature should engage a professional to help you get it right.

Just my two cents.
