For 1080p output:
Low or Medium detail
detail set to 50
Noise reduction set to off.
Quicktime ProRes HQ
1920x1080
SInc filter
Process: Standard
Quality: Normal
For standard process, be sure you have the view set to 1/2 res high or your renders will take forever. Also, make sure you select the correct framerate time base. The program defaults to 24fps. I typically shoot most of my stuff at 23.976. If you don't set the proper frame rate, your renders will fail.
All of this is in the manual... when Red decides to publish it.
