REDcine output issue

Yesterday I loaded about 40 shots into REDcine to output HD files for my online edit, set the process to run overnight.
Checking in this morning I find that only the first 12 of the 40 have completed. The rest are a single frame from one of the shots (same frame no matter what QT file I open), with the duration matching what the original R3D file was.
For reference, R3D are 4k 2:1, going to 1080 prores HQ high quality used in all settings, stored on my internal 3 drive RAID 0 1.5TB
Mac Pro Quad 3.0ghz 6gig ram
Does anyone have some insight or experience with this issue? I loaded 12 more this morning and will check this evening and post results.
Thanks in advance.
-Matt
