OR you can get Red Giant Software's newest Plug-In called "Warp" which takes the data from Mocha and brings it into AE in it's own 4 corner pin - AND CAN ADD MOTION BLUR to the effect. Oh, Warp also let's you bring Mocha and Mocha AE data into Premiere, Motion, and FCP. Have not tested any of that yet, but that's my understanding.
