I have tried both of these.
When I tried to select a different clip upon opening, the original clip length remained even though the new clip had more frames.
When I tried relinking in the clip tab, this is the message I got: "Original clip cannot be relinked to different length clip; reopen project with different clip instead."
Apparently, the original clip length is embedded somewhere in the .mocha file and once defined cannot be changed. Wow this is inconvenient. I am dreading starting over on something because a handful of frames were added.
