This is a known issue we just discovered with 10.4. Seems there is a required framework that is not in 10.4 Engineers are working on a resolution.

It seems a required library used in the building of 10.2 was not included in the 10.4 build of OS X. That library file is /usr/lib/tdl3.dylib.

We are working on fixing that. You can of course in the meantime install Xcode and it will install that library file for you. The engineers are working like crazy to get a fix done right away though.
