OH DEAR...

Just installed 1.2.0 and it won't boot.
I dragged anything relating to Mocha 1.0.1 to the trash first, then pulled the new app into Applications and fired up - the logo jumped out like it usually would be nothing launches. Nothing in the force Quit window either. I've tried rebooting twice and then launching, but nothing...
Any ideas?
