Why am I getting error message when I try to adjust track. Error is "point cannot be transferred to frame due distortion ..."?

BAck in November you released beta version of Mocha 1.0.1.
What is latest official MOcha release and when are you guys planing to fix all bugs. My mocha is crashing constantly!!
