Hi Steven,
When are you available? I'd like to have our support rep contact you and sort this out for good.
In general, these kind of unique install or licenses issues should probably be kept off the forums as they tie up band width. We do not want people who read these forums to think that this is the best way to contact Imagineer support directly.
We do have a direct support email: support@imagineersystems.com
Please email support directly and ask to set up a call at a specific time to solve your issues.
Thanks,
Ross
