Mocha Squeezing Image

I have done a successful track in Mocha, I'm tracking a vertical screen in Time Square, it's more or less 9x16 aspect ratio. So I'm taking two 720P HD clips, I've tracked my data in the footage, and then pasted that tracking info onto my new clip, and if I have it as just footage it squeezes it, if I have it comped it still squeezes it, I'm not sure how to do this, but I want the verticle image to be cropped to match the 9x16 screen, and then be able to pan scan the comp within the screen... do you understand?
