A couple of things to check out:
i) Check your framerate. When exporting out the data, take a quick look at the framerate that it's taking out in Mocha's export window. This is the first line of information after the After Effects version info. This should obviously match your expected framerate.
ii) Check the Frame Offset. Go into the Clip parameters tab. Click on the Time tab to the far right. Then take a look at the frame offset. If it's not already there, change the settings to "Frames" and the offset to "1" or "0". This won't affect the data when it comes to AE.
Let us know if you're still having issues.
Cheers,
Ben
