A quick google finds this ".vcmf files are system files usually generated automatically by Vaio Content Analyzer"
I don't know about the other but it's a fair bet that it's another kind of content organisation file.
One can be pretty certain that a Unix Executable File with a size of 4KB does not contain any audio (it's far too small).
