I have a bunch of broadcast clients that require MP4 files for broadcasting my footage which originates from a DV NTSC Widescreen AVI file. Can anyone help me out with rendering specs that allow the highest quality SD MP4 file given my source material? I currently render to an AVC MP4 720x480 29p 1.212 aspect ratio at 4Mbps, but this is mostly for downloads, need a full quality file for ftp purposes when higher quality is needed.
