Converting Cineform Qicktime file to mp4 or xml

I just rendered a project in Sony Vegas Pro 11 to a 13 GB Cineform Qicktime file. 1920x1080 HD .mov from my Canon 5dmark II. Project set at 23.97 fps. I have not been able to convert the cineform file to an mp4 and I've tried the vegas QT options for 1920x1080 as well as AVCHD and Main Concept etc and some 3rd part converters. I originally tried to render my original project to mp4 witout success. So know I'm rendering the cineform file but I'm still not having any success - but when I play it backmin Quicktime or windows media, the video either plays in slow motion, the audio is out of sync, video is choppy etc, The best mp 4 convert has been in Vegas as a AVCHD mp4 or Blue Ray but the audio is a bit off sync and the colors to dark and saturated. Can anyone help? I've matched the settings as best I can. Any solid third party convert software? More accurate SVP 11 settings?
