3 basic questions

I usually start most projects by getting the video track mostly done first & I leave audio to much later. Is it possible to reopen a project without having to have the peaks built or re built?

As for all of the temp files that Vegas generates can they all be stored in the same location so that they can all be deleted at once when project is finished?

Can Vegas be set to remember the last location that you imported files from so that you don't have to point out the route again next time files are opened? Similarly van it remember where you wish your renders to be put without always specifying it again?
