pop up End User License Agreement screen with Vegas 11

I recently had my computer "tuned up" by a local computer company (which I trust). After the tune up... when I open Vegas 11, I get a pop up End User License Agreement come up where I have to indicate agree or disagree. That has never happened before. It does not happen when I open Vegas 10 which I also have on my computer. Once I check "agree" on the pop all is fine. But I don't want to have to do this all the time. Any ideas here?
