Fraps footage Glitchy in Sony Vegas pro:11

Hi The footage from Minecraft was fine before I installed this mod that used glsl shader called unbelievable shaders. One of my videos were fine but the rest were glitchy, here is an example.




Is this a fraps, Minecraft or vegas issue?
I think it is a fraps issue because it isn't capturing correctly although it will capture anything else correctly.

It also seem like if I restart Vegas the issue temporarily goes away.
