No Sony AVC/MVC option when rendering Project.

Vegas Pro version 10.0c (Build 469). Im using a Kodak playsport cam, gen 2, set to 720x60. I want to render a clip for youtube and when I follow every "how to" I see they all want you to use Sony AVC/MVC but my option dont show up. I am setting my project options as they do in the video but I still dont see that option. Thanks for your help.
