I use it all the time to resize my graphics and don't have a problem with it.
If all your graphics are the same original size and you want to resize them the same, get the first one to the proper size, copy it, click and shift+click the rest of them, right-click and select "Paste Event Attributes".
Please note that this will paste anything else (e.g. color correction) you may have done to the first one to the rest of them.
