... i think i just answered my own question.

discovered you really cant burn a progressive bluray thru dvd-arch because arch wants to re-render whatever progressive format you put together. plus you cant change to progressive in the general properties of the bluray disc in arch.

so..... ok then..... interlaced it is Bluray Gods....
