As always, I was videoing trains this weekend and got some beautiful shots. The problem with a few of them is that while the train is in the shade, the background in the sun becomes way too bright. The trees look electric-green. It was overcast, but still messed up the shot when I had to aim toward the sun. I know I had it on a wrong setting, but its sort of too late for that now. What can I do to dial down the brightness of the background but still see the train I was recording?

Here's a screen shot:

Thanks,
Kevin
