Steve SmithMP4 720P Files From Phone Lag When Rendered?

I've been recording some files on my Windows Phone (Nokia Lumia 800) and when I drag them into the timeline, then render under several different formats, the end file comes out with really bad lag. Almost like 1 frame per 3 seconds with tearing.

Never had any problems with Vegas before. I drag the same files into Movie Maker and they render fine so this is puzzling me. Any help?

Oh, I'm on Pro 11
