Hi,
I uploaded aother verson of your clip I think looks a lot better.
What I did differently as first convert it to H.264 (using http://h264encoder.com/ ). I picked the settng that keeps the original quantity. I was very surprised at how much this did reduce the clip sze. THe Quicktime original was reduced from 300 Meg to 38 meg.
