Roger BansemerMercalli - warping

I've got some arial video taken with the GoPro. Very wide angle of course. When I use Mercalli V2 on it, the picture warps. I can best describe it like taking a yard stick, holding both ends and bending slightly it upward and downward. That's what the video looks like after applying Mercalli.
Any settings or solutions to correcting this.
