Hi, probably not much response here because this is probably more of a youtube question.

Do you really not see any of those effects before uploading to youtube? they seem quite bad.

My favorite approach these days is to create a project from media settings (I think you have done but I'm not familiar with that extension) Then "Render As" MainConcept AVC/AAC (*.mp4), select the YouTubeHD Template, then Customize, 1920 x 1080, 29.97 frame rate, 1.0 pixel aspct ratio. Then go to the movies and stop thinking about how long it takes to render :-)
YouTube will put it up at that size and then offer the lower sizes.

Your picture is very busy; that door opening and folks wandering by, it looks lke the camera was moved a few times. I would go for a simpler background but I expect she wants all the bustle.
