Emerson CargninVideo is strange after uploading to youtube

Hi guys

I Created a video on sony vegas, and after uploading to youtube it was full of flickering and strange areas. The video locally is good. I used Video4YouTube to generate a 720hd video. I used the "highest quality" setup.
