Sony Vegas Pro 11 - just doesn't add up ?

I have been a Vegas user for 2 years now and have put up with all the little quirks and system instability it had because I liked how Vegas worked. Now I find myself continually having problems with my system.

Windows7Pro-64bit - Vegas Pro-64bit (build521)- 12gig -nVidia GTX570 that is super clocked with 1.2gig GDDR5 RAM and Vegas continues to crash in all manner of different circumstances.

I have tried everything I can find on this forum including:
- Uninstalling Vegas and every plugin I have and starting again
- Rolling back the video driver and trying 4 different versions including the latest NVidia Beta Driver 295.51
- reinstalling a new Graphics card

I am sick to death of fixing little problems when I would rather be editing videos for my clients. Some people will say "It's your system "...I say it's the buggy Pro11 Vegas.

I am on the verge of switching editing platforms because I just want to work and get on with things and not have a problem with my machine, almost every single day. I am just constantly frustrated, at my wits end. Premier Pro is starting to look real good about now.
