That makes no sense to me. Of course you can use it! There's at least three options:
1. Use Vegas Pro 11 - who says "it's not ready for prime time" - it's definitely working for me!
2. BUY the retail version of Titler Pro - it will work fine in Vegas Pro 10 but, yes, you will have to pay for it.
3. Use Vegas Pro 11 to create titles, render them out, and then drop them into any other version of Vegas.
