[edwin guerrero] "Do you have any recommendations on Video card for my PC, I am not that savy on video cards. As I know my PC uses an integrated Video card, would a video card help by not putting to much work load on the CPU while rendering."
Vegas Pro 10 does not take advantage of the GPU for playback performance. It only uses it when rendering to Sony AVC and I have it turned off because it actually renders slower on my PC with the GPU enabled. So it doesn't matter what graphics card you use with Vegas Pro 10 or earlier.
Vegas Pro 11 does add support for GPU accelerated playback, but it's really hard to say what works best because there is no definitive boost that I can see but I haven't had time to do any experimenting with it. Maybe someone else can share their experiences.
As far as graphics cards in general, the NVIDIA GTX470 seems to be the sweet spot in the line-up as far as price/performance goes.
