Realtime Vegas preview out of HDMI

Anyone out there successfully getting a 'realtime'playback out of Vegas from Blackmagic Intensity, Matrox Mini or other HDMI hardware device? From earlier postings, it seems as the Intensity output has only been successful to a limited number of Vegas users and there still is not a legitimate driver being offered from Blackmagic. The Matrox device is considerably more expensive, but can be moved around to other systems, including laptops (there is a card version as well). Grass Valley offers their Spark card, but am not sure if it only works with their Edius software. There may be other new offerings as well. Anyone?
