Rendered Mpeg2 720p doesnt play on other system.

Hi,

I rendered my latest project to mpeg2 720p and it runs perfectly on the render workstation. But when i try to run this file on my presentation computer which is equally powerful. The file stutters and plays in slow mo and the audio runs slow too. Both systems are dual core with 4 gb ram each and have Nvidia 7300gs cards (which themselves are advertised as hardware based mpeg2 decoding cards and support HD). How can i ensure my file plays smoothly.
