mike's 100% spot on....

been doing it forever, with websites, manuals, additional photos, whatever. as he says.

a. make sure of your sizes!!!!

b. make sure you make people aware that there are 'extras'.

c. i usually make a note in the opening dvd menu, and how to access them.
