I just asked if there's something with .net, because I have a dim remember that I had a very similar error message, and finally reinstalling .net solved it.
So I can recommend you to remove .net and see what happens, and then reinstall .net.
If autoupdate is enabled on your computer, may be you got a new security update from MS, which may cause the problem...
I'm just guessing, I may wrong...
