What would I miss?

We just purchased sorensensqueeze to help batch render all different file types we now need. Vegas has a nice batch render which we use all the time.
What we will do with squeeze is put it on a seperate machine and transfer files to the render folder so it automates much and frees up our editing workstation.
MY QUESTION IS: if we render mpeg-2 and ac-3 for our DVD's will we loose the embedded markers from Vegas? I assume so.
What other features does the DVD Architect template in Vegas have that we might miss?
Thanks
Larry
