Exporting sound timelines for remixing in Pro Tools?

I have a feature-length project, and I'd like to export the sound timelines EXACTLY AS THEY ARRANGED IN VEGAS for remixing in Pro Tools.

I will then give these files, arranged in these timelines, to a gentlemen who will remix them professionally.

This guy is accustomed to getting this from users of Final Cut. He says in Final Cut there is an option to export them directly into this format.

I don't see anything like this in Vegas. Is there a way to export only the sound files and have them associated with a timeline file which, when opened in Pro Tools, will retain the spacing, sound levels, and all settings that I have set in Vegas?
